The City of Carthage, Missouri, hereby invites qualified law firms specializing in municipal law to submit proposals for municipal attorney services. The selected firm will serve as the prosecutor for the city court, provide legal advice to city department heads, and offer support to the city council in drafting council bills and providing legal guidance.
