1. Background
Carthage Parks & Recreation is looking to purchase four (4) TRUE PITCH MOUNDS® for our baseball fields.

3. Scope of Services
Provide a bid for the total cost, including delivery of four (4) TRUE PITCH MOUNDS®:
1 – Copper 302
2 – Copper 202-6
1 – Copper 202-8
4. Content of Proposal

Provided anticipated timeframe for items to be delivered.
Cost
- Unit price for four (4) TRUE PITCH MOUNDS®
- Freight price
Note: The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of work based on available funds.
5. Selection Process
An award may be made to the responsible Company whose proposal is determined to be the lowest and best bid, taking into consideration cost.
Carthage Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is not obligated to award a contract to any bidder. If it is determined that no acceptable proposal has been submitted, all proposals may be rejected and at the City’s discretion, new proposals may be solicited.
6. Schedule
In order to be considered, two copies of the proposal must be received at the Carthage City Hall at 326 Grant Street Carthage, MO 64836, on or before September 14, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. local time. All proposal shall be in a sealed package marked: BID / TRUE PITCH MOUNDS
