Girls Night

CARTHAGE, MO — September 16, 2026 — Grab your friends and get ready to shop, connect and give back at Girls Night: Pink Edition Shopping Fundraiser, hosted by the McCune-Brooks Healthcare Foundation on Thursday, October 1, from 5:30–8:30 p.m.

This year’s event has a fresh new look, but the mission remains the same: raising funds to support programs that provide free mammograms and free diapers to families in our community.

Girls Night will be a fun, come-and-go shopping experience featuring a lineup of local vendors offering everything from clothing and accessories to home décor, baked goods, kids’ items, jewelry and more. Guests can shop, grab a bite to eat, enjoy music from a DJ and spend the evening with friends — all while supporting a great cause.

Admission is free, so no ticket is required to attend.

Guests can also pre-purchase a VIP experience, which includes an exclusive shopping bag filled with goodies and a pink drink. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win prizes including Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Kendra Scott, a Haven Lohse photography session, The Palms Massage & Spa Package, and local gift cards. In addition, participating vendors will donate 10% of their sales back to MBHF.

“We wanted Girls Night to feel like a fun night out with your friends while still making a meaningful impact,” said Lora Phelps, Executive Director of the McCune-Brooks Healthcare Foundation. “You can shop local, discover some great businesses, grab a few things you love and know that your purchases are supporting programs that make a difference right here in our community.”

The Pink Ribbon Mammogram Program provides free screening mammograms through Mercy Carthage to eligible women. Since the program began in 2006, the Foundation has helped make more than 1,500 free mammograms possible, helping remove financial barriers to breast health care for women in the area.

Through the Happy Bottoms Diaper Program, the Foundation provides approximately 35,000 diapers each month to families in the Carthage area. The program helps ensure local families have access to one of the most basic necessities for caring for their babies and young children.

The event will take place at the Coyle Event Center, 206 Grant Street in Carthage, with both indoor and outdoor shopping, food, music and a fun gathering area where guests can relax and enjoy the evening.
